YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CALL THE CLIENT TO SET THE APPOINTMENT.

Call the restaurant owner right after the mission has been assigned to you and set a convenient appointment time occurring within the next 5 days.

Introduce yourself as a photographer working with OCUS and

DoorDash. Find a script for this call on the next page.

If there is no answer when calling, attempt 4 more calls within 48 hours. If there is no answer after this period of time, update the status accordingly.
THE DAY OF THE PHOTOSHOOT
​- Call the restaurant 2 hours before the mission to remind the
restaurant of your pending arrival.
- Let the restaurant know your approximate arrival time and to have the dishes ready as close to possible to this time frame.

PRE-SET APPOINTMENT
(Call Day Before the Appointment)
Hello Mr/Ms (restaurant manager's name)
My name is XXX, I am a professional photographer, and I work on behalf of DoorDash.
I am calling to confirm your appointment scheduled for tomorrow at [time].
The goal is to increase your daily revenue by making sure your dishes appear as delicious online as they do in your restaurant. The only thing you have to do is provide 10 dishes for the photoshoot, choosing plates that are available on the DoorDash platform.
So that you know, the shoot will last approximately 1-2 hours. Could you please let me know if you have a stone, marble, or wooden surface that I could use as a background for the photos? To shoot as quickly and efficiently as possible, please prepare the food just before my arrival. To maintain the proper aesthetics, DoorDash is asking to plate all the dishes. Can you confirm you have plates available for the photoshoot?

As you are one of their top partners, DoorDash is offering you a complimentary professional photoshoot to highlight your restaurant on the platform.
The goal is to increase your daily revenue by making sure your dishes appear as delicious online as they do in your restaurant.
The only thing you have to do is provide 10 dishes for the photoshoot, choosing dishes that are available on the DoorDash platform.
