Plum Guide photos should feel full of life, not soulless and boring. The styling should help the audience imagine what it would feel like to be in that home.
Plum styling is subtle, thoughtful, relaxed and undone, drawing the eye to the ‘everyday’ objects in the home, without overdoing it or being too messy.

1. Lighting
The appearance of natural, bright daylight.

2. Angles
Front on and from the corner but never wide angle -
think Elle Decor, not real estate angles.

3. Styling
‘Just left the room’ effect. Relaxed but not messy.

4. Quantity

Pack 1: 20 Photos
Pack 2: 40 Photos
Pack 3: 60 Photos

These are the minimum number of shots we expect from a photoshoot. Please make sure to take all the bedrooms and bathrooms. If you supply less, you will be asked to reshoot the property. Likewise, if you feel space has more exceptional design features and would work best with more images, feel free to take more photos and adapt each type of photo.

The list below is a recap of all the photos that have to be taken during your photoshoot.

Detail

Pack 20: 4 minimum
Pack 40: 10 minimum
Pack 60: 14 minimum

Detail images will be featured alongside Interior photos on the listing, so it’s important that they correspond to one another. They highlight the distinct features of our homes with focus on stand-out characteristics. Where the Interiors are pivotal in gaining spatial awareness of the home, Detail images are there to tell a story about the style of the home.

Note: A Detail is not a Highlight. A Highlight appears on a different part of the listing.
