OCUS is a global company producing millions of images a year to boost business sales. Your partner, Doordash Canada, is working with us to provide you with a photoshoot as it has been shown that professional photos can increase your revenue!

-> Make sure to check your inbox as you will get important information via email to follow along with the photoshoot's progress.

-> The photoshoot can last from 1 hour to 3 hours, depending on the package ordered:

For 10+1 photos
For 20+1 photos, please count approx. 2h
For 30+1 photos

Before the photoshoot

Be ready to receive a call from our photographer to confirm the appointment’s date and time, the address, the number of photos, and the time required for the photoshoot.
Don’t forget to add it to your calendar and to inform your team members if you will not be at the location throughout the duration of the photoshoot.
Have one person available to prepare the location before the photographer arrives.

-> The outcome of this photoshoot will depend on how you can successfully complete the necessary preparations ahead of time. This will ensure you are ready when the photographer arrives.
-> If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact the photographer at least 24 hours before the photoshoot.

During the photoshoot

Your partner has worked with OCUS to develop the image specifications that your photographer will have to follow. They will not be able to accommodate any other requests.
Please have someone available (if not you) throughout the photoshoot in case the photographer needs your help.
Make sure to stick to the duration agreed as the photographer may have other photoshoots after yours.
The dishes you want to photograph must be the exact same dishes that will be available on the Doordash app. Otherwise, They won't be validated.

You can assist the photographer on its photoshoot by giving them the necessary indications for the good progress of the photoshoot.
-> Select the photos with the photographer at the end of the photoshoot.
-> For any questions, the OCUS team will always be there for you.
-> Have a great time!

After the photoshoot

OCUS professionally retouches and verifies the quality of your photos.
Photos are sent to your partner, Doordash Canada.
Doordash Canada validates and uploads them on their app/website.
You will receive a watermarked copy of your photos once they have been approved by DoorDash.
